Cozy vacation apartment with sun terrace

Our accommodation is centrally located in Oranienburg/Old Town and is still very quiet. The surrounding area is characterized by single to multi-family homes. The accommodation is located on a traffic-calmed street with parking bays outside the door. The train station, shopping, Lake Lehnitz, restaurants and more are within walking distance in approx. 5-9 minutes. The Turm Erlebnisbad [adventure pool] (a lot of fun for children) is about an 8-minute walk away. The perfect starting point for bike tours. The space From the accommodation you can directly reach the approx. 200 m² natural garden, which unfortunately has suffered a lot under the very intense sun. Various garden furniture is at your disposal. From the kitchen you can reach another terrace where you have sun all morning, ideal for breakfast or in the evening to use the grill (gas grill for an extra charge). Furthermore, in the kitchen there is a refrigerator with freezer, a stove with oven, a dishwasher, a kettle and a toaster. Guest access The entire ground floor (about 75 m²) is at the guests' disposal. Other things to note For playful entertainment, a dartboard and various board games are available in the cabinet bar.
