You’re perfectly placed to explore divine Dittisham and discover why captivated visitors return time and again. The space The front door opens to an entrance foyer with plenty of space for boots and coats, accessed from here is the utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Through into the living room with comfortable sofas for 4, TV with DVD, wood burner and river views. At the rear of the living room is the well-equipped, modern kitchen area; with oven and hobs, fridge and microwave. Between the kitchen and living area is the large dining room table that comfortably seats 4. There is also access to the ground floor bathroom containing a bath with shower over, toilet and wash basin. Upstairs are the two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a kingsize bed, river views and an ensuite shower room with shower, toilet and wash basin. Also, on this floor is the second bedroom with twin beds, built in wardrobe as well as dual aspect windows giving views of the river and the church. Outside: The walled garden is across the road from the front door (don't worry traffic through Dittisham is few and far between) A very private, sunny spot with outdoor dining area as well as grassy lawn and mature shrubs. Parking: There is plenty of unrestricted on street parking nearby on Riverside Road.
