Very nice bright 2 room apartment with separate kitchen and bathroom. They live on 50sqm in the attic directly on the Lahnwanderweg. You look over the city of Diez. You sleep on a 160x200cm bed. Parking in front of the house (or in the yard) at no cost. In a few minutes you can reach shopping center, baker, butcher etc. 10 minutes from the Diez inner and old town and the Lahn. Limburg is 10 - 15 minutes away. There is a cathedral and also a historic old town. The space The apartment is located in a renovated semi-detached house built in 1928 in the attic without an elevator, about 50 square meters already cleared around the sloping ceilings. There is a wonderful view over Diez. Built-in kitchen (no pantry) with dishes, cutlery, pots, fridge, freezer compartment and oven. In the fridge there are 2 free bottles of Fachinger water from the world-famous spring, which is located near Diez. Sugar, salt, pepper, oil and various spices are available. The bathroom has a shower. Linens and towels are included in the price. Hairdryer provided. In the bedroom, there are more pillows and blankets in a basket. The bed was equipped with two new Emma mattresses and an Emma topper in 2023. Magazines, books and games are available in the living room. Close to the old town and the Lahn with canoe & boat rental, cafes, shops and bars, yet quietly located away from the hustle and bustle. Diez is generally a rather quiet town. There is a spacious parking space on the property. Guest access Bicycles can be locked in the basement overnight. Other things to note Please close or tilt the windows when leaving the apartment to avoid water damage from rainwater. When leaving the apartment, please lock the front door on the first floor.
