They have queen size beds with new luxurious (super comfy) mattresses and Aloe vera memory foam pillows for the most comfortable sleep. Each bedroom has a wardrobe, air conditioning, a 50-inch smart TV and a comfortable recliner. In the closets you will find clean sheets, pillow cases, towels and beach towels. The apartment has a fully equipped bathroom and toilet, as well as a washing machine. Guest access This particular area of PEREA is one of the most beautiful in the prefecture of Thessaloniki, since there is absolute access to the sea in 5 steps with 6 km of beach which receives every year a blue flag approved by the European Union. The unique feature of the area is all kinds of fish taverns in front of the wave with a unique view of Thessaloniki, especially at night. Also, the guest can walk or ride a bike in complete safety as most of it has been converted into a pedestrian street. Another unique feature of our area is the direct access to the shopping centers IKEA, MENDITERRANEAN COSMOS, APOLLONIA POLITIA within 20 minutes by car, thus allowing the visitor to do their shopping without going to the city center if they do not wish to. The REGENCY CASINO OF THESSALONIKI is also very close by. There is also the INTER-BALKAN MEDICAL CENTER for guests who have reasons to visit it. Access to CHALKIDIKI is very easy from our area both in the first leg and in the other two. The exit to the ring road is very easy and short compared to other areas.
