The property has easy access to J31 of the M1 (half a mile), 25 minutes from Sheffield city centre & 20 minutes from Rotherham and Doncaster. The space The kitchen area has 2 ring hob, microwave, kettle, toaster & fridge. Guest access The studio has been designed so that guests have everything they need. Other things to note The studio is accessed from the back garden and is up a flight of 15 stone steps as shown in the photos, so it would not suit anyone who struggles with steps.
