Mediterranean-style house with private terrace

Would you like to spend a holiday in a very nice house, with a typically mediterranean style, with a private terrace for exclusive use, recently completely renovated, located in a land bordering the beach? You will reach the sea on foot in VERY FEW SECONDS. It takes almost longer to write than to do. In the land there are 2 other independent and autonomous houses, one for 4 and one for 2/3 people. The space It is a house that we have completely renovated with the aim of making it as welcoming and comfortable as possible for those who stay there. It is practically new. There are 2 seats, a maximum of 3, therefore ideal for a couple or a couple with a child. It is equipped with air conditioning. EXTERNAL VERANDA On the veranda there is a table that you can use to comfortably consume your meals or breakfast outside. All a stone's throw from the garden. There is also a table inside the house so you will have a double chance. DEHOR Behind the veranda there is an outdoor area in which there is a sofa that you can use in complete freedom to relax, have a drink in comfort or read. Through the large blue glass door, equipped with double glazing and mosquito net, you will be free to manage the outdoor area either as an appendage to the veranda or as a completely separate space in its own right. You can manage everything in complete autonomy. The entrance steps that lead inside the house are also visible. Internally the house is organized as follows: entrance with kitchen and dining room, bedroom (with double bed), a very spacious, capacious and comfortable bathroom. ENTRANCE, KITCHEN and INTERNAL DINING ROOM: The kitchen is already equipped with all the essentials (plates, glasses, various crockery, etc. ..). If something is missing we will be at your disposal to provide it and give you support. As shown in the photos, the house is equipped with a 24-inch LED TV. You can choose whether to have your meals inside or comfortably outside. In fact, the house has a covered outdoor veranda, garden and outdoor area. BEDS The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. In the dining room there is a sofa bed, which can be used in both armchair and bed mode. It is able to easily provide accommodation for a third person, preferably a child, since once opened its dimensions become 80 cm x 180 cm, a single bed in practice. TOILET The sink rests on a handcrafted olive wood top. The shower is very large and spacious (140cm x 70cm). We particularly cared about the comfort and functionality of the bathroom. We know how important it is to our guests. PRIVATE TERRACE FOR EXCLUSIVE USE It's really beautiful! As the house is high enough, it is possible to enjoy a truly beautiful panorama: the sea, the plain, the hills, the town and much more. Furthermore, you can use it as a solarium. It is accessed from the inside. In summary, the spaces available are: - interior spaces: 35 sqm - internal dehor: 10/12 sqm - covered outdoor veranda: 10/12 sqm - private terrace: 30 sqm - garden CIS: FG07103161000021300 Guest access The parking space is outdoors, a few meters from the house, as visible in the photos. Natural habitat: the typical green of the Mediterranean scrub (olive trees, citrus fruits and much more greenery), caressed by the sea breeze and the scent of the sea. Other things to note In the same land a few meters from the sea there are 2 other independent housing solutions: - TREE-ROOM APARTMENT (40 sqm + covered outdoor veranda and very large garden), renovated two years ago, able to accommodate 4 people. - TWO-ROOM APARTMENT (28 sqm + covered outdoor veranda and very large garden), also recently renovated, able to accommodate 2/3 people, therefore ideal for a couple or a couple with a baby / girl. Both houses have been recently refurbished and are very comfortable and comfortable. EXPENSES / CONSUMPTIONS ALREADY INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL COST: - air conditioning, electricity, gas, water. ADDITIONAL EXPENSES TO BE PAID: - Tourist city tax: 1 € per day per person aged 10 and over (to be paid on the day of your arrival, only for the first 14 days. From the 15th day onwards it is no longer due). IMPORTANT: the sheets for the beds and the towels for the bathroom are already included in the rental price, with a weekly change on Saturday in the case of a stay of several weeks. In the months of May, June, July, August and September the minimum stay period we require is 1 week (arrivals and departures take place only on SATURDAY). In the remaining periods of the year it is possible to take the house even for shorter periods and to leave / arrive on days other than Saturday. OUR BAR/RESTAURANT It's about 40 meters from the house. It is open day and evening from late May to mid-September. It is possible to have breakfast, buy ice creams, taste tipycal hot dishes (very simple and tasty first and second courses based on land and sea) and cold dishes (salads, the “mythical” bread and tomato). We are passionate about wine and cocktails, we have an interesting wine corner and cocktail bar. Our guests really appreciate the proximity of the Bar-Restaurant, both for the short distance and for the possibility of bringing the food home if sometimes, being on vacation, you do not have a great desire to cook. BEACH The beach of Mattinata is mainly composed of small gravel. Near the house there is both a public and a private beach. In summer, we also manage a BATHING ESTABLISHMENT so if you are interested and if you book in advance, you can also have the opportunity to use the bathing facilities (1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds) at discounted prices depending on the period: MAY: € 80 per week (starting from when the factory is assembled) JUNE: € 80 per week JULY: € 100 per week AUGUST: 150 € per week SEPTEMBER: € 80 per week (as long as the plant is operational) If you wish to receive more information write me, i will be happy to give you all the information you will need.
