A 140 m2 semi-submerged apartment ( Ι live on the first floor) with a 1.150 m2 garden located in a very peaceful neighborhood, just a few minutes walk to the beach. It is equipped with everything needed to make your stay as comfortable. You can freely use the fireplace,parking, barbeque, firewood oven and exterior gas stove. Το σπίτι δεν διατίθεται για πάρτυ, εκδηλώσεις κλπ. Τηρούνται οι ώρες κοινής ησυχίας. The space For your kids we can provide you with 2 baby beds and a playpen. For the exterior we have one huge baby pool (3x2m) and a smaller one, a plastic slide, a box filled with toys, 2 medium bicycles and a small bicycle with training wheels. There is charcoal for the BBQ, wooden branches for the firewood oven and firewood for the fireplace on winter time. We can offer you fresh chicken eggs, fruits and vegetables from our small organic farm (depends on season and availability). Guest access You have access to the garden and the whole ground floor except 2 rooms that are used as storage.
