The apartment is part of a small community (Roseto Beach Club), which consists of only 12 apartments, giving the area a family feel. The huge long sandy beach is only 95 meters away, which means that everyone who lives in the apartment can come and go as they please without having to use a car. The view from the 60-square-meter terrace is amazing and the sunsets with the volcanic island of Stromboli in the background. Spacious bathroom with large shower corner & washing machine. The 40-inch TV is equipped with AppleTV & Chromecast, so that you have access to most things via apps on your mobile or computer. Almost like home. The TV is also connected to SKY satellite, so if you have a subscription for SKY, you can log in or bring your card! Plenty of space on the patio, with dining table, parasol & lounge furniture & new nice gas grill. Hot outdoor shower on the patio and direct access to/from the beach. Sun loungers & sun parasols are also available for our guests.
