Willow Barn is fantastically equipped for all your self-catering holiday needs. The cottage boasts an inviting log burner in the lounge (one basket of logs is provided on arrival) to curl up by on those winter nights. The kitchen is fully fitted with electric hob, double oven, dishwasher and a separate utility room with washing machine. A spacious terrace with garden furniture and BBQ (April - end Sept)to the rear of the property has fantastic views over the beautiful Derbyshire countryside. The space A zip and link bedroom to the ground floor with separate bathroom provides disabled accommodation if necessary (please call us to discuss disabled accommodation further before booking), with three further zip and link bedrooms (two with en suite shower rooms) and two twin rooms and 1 fixed king bedroom with an additional bathroom and shower room. One of our most popular features is the large games room equipped with pool table and table tennis table along with a variety of board games and TV. All linen and towels are provided and a cot and highchair are available on request. Please clarify if you would like the zip and link beds made as twins or doubles at least 2 weeks prior to arrival, any requests made after this time are not guaranteed. Guest access Willow Barn has its own private courtyard with seating and has over 4 acres of private Derbyshire land means that there is plenty of space for whatever outdoor activities you are interested in. Nether Burrows Farm is the home to four large holiday cottages and 1 smaller cottage, each equipped for all your holiday needs. Meadow View and Willow Barn each sleep 14 people and are identical properties, perfect for larger groups with children. Sunshine Cottage was converted in 2008 and sleeps a maximum of 10 people. It has been completed to a luxurious finish with a modern twist on the country feel and a relaxing hot tub on the terrace for you to warm up in on a chilly country evening. The Farmhouse with its traditional decor offers entertainment with its own games room. We also have a smaller 2 bedroom holiday cottage which sleeps 4 people called The Pig Barn, which is perfect for a romantic getaway. Soak up local views and wash away stress with a private hot tub which can be added to Willow Barn and Meadow Barn upon request. Other things to note A hot tub can be added to the property for an extra £250.00 (3/4 night stay) once approved by the owner or £300.00 for longer stays up to a week. A £500.00 refundable security deposit will be taken by the host over the phone prior to arrival.
