Beer factory with private restaurant a 3-minute walk away. Supermarkets at 9 km. Golf course 9 holes in 20 minutes. Swimming place for kids 5 minutes walk. Mountain biking at the coast and for relaxation as well as with a road bike very cool. Garden with large terrace and approx. 950 m2 of private garden. Barbeque available as well as garden set. The space Upstairs are three spacious bedrooms. Two rooms with two single beds and a very large bedroom with one double bed and two extra boxsprings. Downstairs is a room locked for our private use and personal belongings. Very large bathroom with separate shower-double bath tub and double sink. Toilets from cleanliness in separate space both upstairs and downstairs. Large kitchen with all amenities.
