The Barn at The Old Ale House is completely separate from the main house, newly converted to accommodate just two people, with a mezzanine bedroom, open plan kitchen sitting room, and a modern shower room. The Barn has underfloor heating throughout, and private parking to the front along with a small private garden. Lyng is situated in the Wensum Valley close to a host of amenities riding stables,golf, fishing, the coast is within easy reach as is Norwich Dereham and Fakenham. The space The little barn has only just been finished, ideal for two people sharing, the mezzanine has a full size double bed, with restricted headroom at the sides you can stand up in the centre of the room. Open plan kitchen,and sitting room, hallway, and showeroom ,all with underfloor heating. We are situated in the older part of Lyng very close to the local pub, which has an excellent menu, and the village shop. The coast is within easy access as is beautiful Norwich. Locally we have wild swimming, riding stables, great fishing lakes, golf and the dinosaur adventure park. Outside, the barn has a private parking space, a terrace, and small garden, for those lazy afternoons in the sun. Please do not leave pets unattended. Other things to note Please be aware the mezzanine does have restricted headroom either side of the bed, but you can stand upright in the centre of the room
