Cosy Cottage
Cosy Cottage
Description
The Old Post Office is a cosy little cottage on the High street of Scotland's smallest Royal Burgh. It was built in 1835 and was one of the many homes the local Post office has enjoyed over the centuries. There are steps up to the entrance and the staircase is quite steep and narrow so not suitable for all. The bedroom and bathroom are snug with low ceilings. The kitchen diner has a log burner for keeping the cottage toastie. Please look at the pictures prior to booking The space The old post office is a lovely quirky cozy cottage set on the high street of Scotlands smallest Royal Burgh right in the heart of one of the most beautiful and bypassed areas of Britain. The area is stunningly beautiful with lots to see and do with the cottage only a stones throw from shop, post office, the smithy tea room and the catstrand art centre.
