Fernwood view, A small cosy Retreat

Our cosy 2 bedroom converted unit situated in the garden of our family home is ideal for friends/family to get away for a few nights in the south downs national park, the accommodation is great for 4 but is very cosy if booked for 5 or 6 adults and can feel tight on space if you are not using as a base to sleep. We are on the outskirts of Haslemere town 1.5 miles on the Surrey/ West Sussex boarder. We have Cowdry polo & Golf 5 miles away. Goodwood Horse and motor race courses 12-15 miles away The space There is a king size bed in the first bedroom and two singles in the twin room both with very comfortable mattress. The sofa bed opens into a 4ft 6 double bed. The kitchenettes has a portable induction hob and a combination microwave so you can Grill, oven or microwave. The fridge has a small ice box. Outside there is table and chairs and a small kettle BBQ you will need to supply your own charcoal but there are BBQ tools for you to use as well as patio crockery. There is one car parking space for Fernwood view but please message me if you need a second space so I can make sure it’s available. Guest access You have complete use of the guesthouse and a patio area for parking there is space for 1 car but we can accommodate 2 with notice. Other things to note As there is the stream and the garden has wildlife come and go due to the woods behind us the garden is not completely fenced hence not allowing pets to stay.
