We rent our 62m² 3-room apartment in Sainte-Maxime in the Var, located in the "Les côteaux du Préconil" residence. Located a 10-minute walk from the beaches, the residence allows you access to a swimming pool (open from May 1 to September 30), tennis courts, a bocce court and a tennis table. The living room is facing south and is very bright, the balcony offers a view of the pool and the garden. Two bedrooms allow you to accommodate comfortably. Two bedrooms on the north side allow you to enjoy a cooler night. The first is equipped with a bed 160 and the second is with two 90 beds. For little ones, a baby bed and mattress are available. Bathroom and separate toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, classic coffee maker and Senseo coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle. A washing machine, a stretcher, a table and an iron are also available. The living room is equipped with flat-screen TV (TNT TV) and DVD player.
