Unwins House cottage is a renovated space offering one double bedroom, open planned living/dining and a separate Shower room. We are located in the quiet conservation Village of Landbeach just North of the City of Cambridge, and just 3.7 miles from the renowned Cambridge Science Park & Business Park offering excellent links to M11, A14 (A1) and the A10 The City of Ely is 11 miles up the A10 The Park & Ride is 1.5miles away offering frequent busses into the city centre. (every ten minutes) The space Newly refurbished ground floor cottage offering luxury accommodation. Separate entrance, open plan living Kitchen area. Double bedroom with a double bed, there is also a sofa bed in the open plan living area offering further accommodation for one more guest or two small children. French doors opening out onto a country cottage garden with outdoor seating area, allowing you to enjoy and take in the idyllic setting. Separate shower room. Guest access You have a separate access to your apparment, giving you both privacy and freedom to come and go as you please. There is an area in the garden set up with dining table and chairs exclusively for guests (we are happy for you to take a look around the garden and enjoy the views, but we ask that you please repect the privacy of the hosts) Other things to note If you are coming home late, we would ask that you please respect the local neighbourhood and keep noise to a minimum.
