Cozy apartment in a quiet location, about 5 minutes' walk from Dahmer Hauptstrand/Promenade. The apartment has a large roof terrace with beach chair. We have also set up a small play area for (small) children behind the house. Dogs can be brought along, please specify when booking. Wi-Fi is of course available! Please only smoke outside on the terrace, thank you! The space The apartment consists of a bedroom with a bed (1.40 m) and a spacious wardrobe. In addition, you can access the roof terrace directly from the bedroom. In the living room there is a pull-out couch and a dining area with four seats. There is also a patio door here. The kitchen is very small, but still has everything you could ever need. There is a fridge with freezer compartment, a combination oven and an induction field with two plates. Of course, there is also a kettle and a toaster. In the bathroom with window there is a shower, sink and toilet. For children we have children's dishes and a small step for the bathroom. Plus a few books and toys. We will gladly provide a baby crib and high chair or trip trap. Bedding and towels can be rented for a fee. Please contact us in advance if necessary. Guest access The rooms and terrace are exclusively at the disposal of the guests of the apartment. Other things to note Dahme is a place subject to a spa tax. Extract from the Dahme website on the Ostseecard: The proceeds from the Ostseecard* finance the production, management and maintenance of the public facilities provided for spa and recreational purposes. Furthermore, the money goes into the maintenance of the beaches/spa promenades and into the rescue and security service at the beaches. The Ostseecard costs €1 to €3 per person/day depending on the season and must be paid on site.
