3 houses on Gut Skälsnäs estate at Helgasee/Småland

On a peninsula in Helgasee/Småland, with large fish stocks, forests, diverse wildlife, we have 3 idyllic houses for rent: the guest house (6 people), the Brygghus (8 people), both with lake views, and the lake house (2 people) directly on the lake. Details in the respective listings (Gutshof Skälsnäs). A boat with a 4.5 hp engine is available for rent for €50/day. If more boats are required, we work with a boat rental company. 1-2 dogs are welcome, by arrangement, €12/day each. The space The special thing about our houses: the fantastic location! Close to the lake, no roads and car traffic, absolute peace in beautiful nature, surrounded by a nature reserve with old trees, which the owners of Skälsnäs have made available to the province. Enjoying nature, animals and tranquility is very special! Furthermore, the observation of bird life, foxes and deer, and sometimes on the peninsula or in the lake (see photo!) Elk to see. Also noteworthy are the fishing and water sports opportunities offered by the mapped Helgasee, with rich fish stocks. And yet there is the possibility to reach everything important in the immediate vicinity, shopping centers, golf courses, sights, children's fun (Småland is the home of Astrid Lindgren - Pippi, Michel, Ronja!). Guest access All the houses have direct surroundings, and all have access to the lake; the lake house is located directly on the lake.
