A house by the sea near the city

A charming 100 yrs old lady leaning right & left(If You re very pedant, this is n´t for You;)) on an own peninsula ,shared with another little house ,near Stockholm.The toilette is a freezing toilet. Situated in the inner archipelago giving its inhabitants easy access to the big city-life but on the same they can enjoy the beauty and calm atmosphere of the archipelago. . You can also rent the whole place incl the small. No smoking.Handle with respect both in and outside be aware of the nature. The space A house with an amazing surrounding just 6 km from Stockholm. An own peninsula in the calm. 2 bedrooms, living room, veranda and kitchen. Shower, soil toilet. 1,9 km to the bus stop. Possibilities to play tennis in the "village" of 50 households, 1,9 km to golf course. 3 km to the shop. Ferry to Ropsten/Metro PLS. ask for pictures:-) Guest access Tenniscourt,Boulearea,A small footballground.Sauna on the pier(firewood and sweet water has to be taken with).Possibility to rent a rowing boat,canada canoe. Other things to note As the houses are old it can look like it s not perfectly cleaned even if it is.I have a very good cleaning man who does an excellent work,but as the floors fex are treated with soap and not painted some dots can be seen etc. The toilet is mulltoa=soiltoilet which is ventilated nonsmelling.Poor a half cup of water after the pepe in the little hole and a cup of soil to the bigger one if needed. When it s full then You need to close the green plasticbag and take it to the "latrincompost" behind the loo ,pls.put a little soil on top. :)Don t forget to put a new '''Ä_-green bag in the toilet. ;) The garbage is to be sorted to organic and none organic and there are different bins for that by the "mainroad". It is not allowed to drive on the forest road to the house.Pls leave the car on the parking by the mainroad. There is another house in the neighbourhood so if You re planning to have guests or a smaller nice partying You need to rent both houses.See" A little peace of heaven"
