Here everyone will feel at home:) The space The proximity of the lake (about 10 minutes by a leisurely walk), the attractions of the rope park in Górzno, the horse stud in Małe Leźno (about 16 km) and the immediate vicinity of the Górzno-Lidzbark Landscape Park and the Natura 2000 area make this place an enclave of relaxation and sweet oblivion:) The area of the entire plot: 2200 m2 Total area of the cottage: 70 m2 Ground floor layout (area approx. 45 m2): 1. Yellow room - 1 sofa bed (double), dresser, shelf, bedside table, armchair 2. bathroom (toilet, shower, sink) - washing machine, hair dryer, cabinet under the sink 3. living room (double sofa bed with a linen box, round table chairs, armchair, shelves, board games, fireplace), exit to the second terrace 4. Kitchenette (sink, electric stove with electric oven, fully equipped cabinets, fridge) 5. Hallway (entrance through the main terrace): wardrobe, hanger, shoe rack, stool 6. Utility room: ladder, basic tools, broom, mop, shovel, rake, grill, etc. Mezzanine - attic (area approx. 30m2): 1. 2 beds - when joined, they form a double bed 180x200 cm 2. 1 bed 90x200 cm 3. In addition, a lot of space to unfold the mattresses 4. 1-person hammock 5. chairs, bedside table, work table, dresser, wall shelf, 2 armchairs Garage: no possibility to leave the car in it. Additional cottage equipment: large oval plastic terrace table with a set of 6 chairs, garden umbrella, hammock and Brazilian armchair (in the utility room) In our area there are: a swing at the back of the cottage with a beautiful view of the moraine hills. Heating: fireplace with a water jacket - heat distribution to radiators in each room (wood supply provided). The area is fenced from the road side (entrance gate) and from the neighbors and the forest. No fence on one side - meadow. Water heating: flow water heater Technical infrastructure: municipal water, municipal sewage, electricity. Guest access Guests can use everything inside the cottage as well as outside within the boundaries of the plot. In addition to 1 bedroom on the ground floor (blue room) locked - it is excluded from use for guests of the cottage (personal belongings of our daughter:)). Quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. in the evening to 8:00 a.m. in the morning. Other things to note 1. Animals - as an exception, small, non-destructive pets (please inform us of your intention to arrive with a pet) 2. We do not like noise in the area - it is nice if you respect it (it is a pity to jam the singing of birds, the noise of trees and the peaceful life of neighbors:) 2a. ABSOLUTELY NOT ALLOWED OUTSIDE AND INSIDE THE HOUSE: * PLAY LOUD MUSIC * SHOUT * HOLD PARTIES * CURSE (THE NEIGHBOR IS VERY SENSITIVE TO THE BEAUTY OF THE POLISH LANGUAGE) * LET OFF FIREWORKS (ALSO ON NEW YEAR'S EVE!) etc. - we respect animals - their peace is our priority :-) * WE RESPECT OUR NEIGHBORS - GUESTS WILL LEAVE AND WE WANT TO LIVE IN HARMONY WITH OUR NEIGHBORS FROM BEHIND THE FENCE:-) WE INVITE CULTURED PEOPLE LOOKING FOR _REAL_ PEACE AND QUIET!!! 3. For anyone who respects the rented space:) 4. If the guests' stay is expected in autumn/winter - there is a need to independently burn in a fireplace with a water jacket (adding wood), then the heat is distributed in radiators in each room of the house. The fireplace with a water jacket is the only source of heating in the cottage. 5. The area is fenced on 3 sides: * from the forest side * from the neighbors' side * from the road side (with the entrance gate) * the fourth side is unfenced - periodically the neighbor's friendly cows graze in the field next to it and the closest is a corn field :-) 5. The entire house is available except for 1 bedroom on the ground floor (blue room) locked - it is excluded from use for guests of the cottage (our daughter's personal belongings:). 6. Please do not chop wood on the terrace, it is better to chop on the ground😊. 7. If you use the refrigerator, after check-out, please take/dispose of your belongings and turn off the refrigerator (turn the knob to "0" inside the refrigerator). Leave the refrigerator open! 8. Do not throw ear sticks/pads/pads into the toilet bowl in the bathroom (the pump will clog). There's a trash can in the bathroom. Our toilet seat is only friends with toilet paper☺. 9. For now, there is no special place for a campfire (we are planning one), hence there is no possibility of making a campfire. However, there is a grill (small). 10. Our dog is at home during our stay, so there may be fur, although we try to keep it tidy (important for allergy sufferers!). 11. Garbage bags are available (bathroom and kitchen), please leave the garbage in tied bags - there is a garbage can by the road in the corner of the plot when you leave. 10. To be honest: we prefer to host couples with or without children, intimate meetings of people, and above all, people who respect nature, peace and quiet🤗☀️🚴‍♂️🏊‍♀️🎾❤🐕🐦🐿🦋 For us, the most important thing is TO KEEP QUIET - OUR NEIGHBORS LIVE HERE EVERY DAY AND WE UNDERSTAND THEIR DESIRE FOR HARMONIOUS COEXISTENCE WITH OUR GUESTS VERY WELL. 11.
