Cottage in Herrö with lake property and unique sea view

A nice rowboat is available, but no motor or fishing gear is available. Sheets and towels are not included. The space The cottage has one bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a sleeping loft with a steep staircase up. In the sleeping loft, there is a double bed (160 cm) and two mattresses on the floor in a separate sleeping alcove, as well as a crib and child gate. In the living room there is a fireplace and a sofa bed (160 cm). The kitchen has a sink, stove with oven, microwave and fridge with a smaller freezer. Municipal water. There is a spacious laundry room with shower and toilet. A cozy little bedroom with one bed (120 cm), has been decorated next to the laundry room. A high chair is available. Guest access The cottage is located on its own headland, secluded from other cottages. 50 meters from the beach there is a wood-fired sauna with evening sun and a breathtaking view of the sea. A kettle grill is available. Other things to note Since the host is not on site, it is very important that the cottage is cleaned thoroughly upon checkout. For example, all floors should be vacuumed and wet cleaned, sinks and toilets cleaned and all kitchen surfaces wiped. It is also nice if there is new wood brought into the sauna. This is so that the cottage is in good condition when the next guest arrives. PLEASE NOTE! Bedlinen and towels are not included. Waste disposal station with source sorting is 1 km from the cottage at Herrö cottages. It is not allowed to have a fire anywhere on the property.
