Country house close to Brno

Recently reconstructed large country house located in Kobylnice with lot of space, close to Brno (2 km from the city border) and Austerlitz. Brno city public transport stops in front of the house. Very nice park with the kid´s playground and pub where you can enjoy Czech beer and other drinks is just behind the house, it is reachable also through the garden. Equipped kitchen, laundry washing machine, equipment for children available (baby cot, child high chair, toys, etc.), garage, garden. Guest access The house is intended for 4 - 6 people at the moment however with lower comfort it can accommodate up to 8 - 10 using sofas in the living room, etc. Other things to note Shops: there is one small shop to buy elementary food directly in the village. More shopping opportunities are at Šlapanice (distance 3 km) and large shopping malls are 9 km away on the highway intersection (Prague - Bratislava - Olomouc - Vienna) or in Brno. If you have an e-car, you may charge it during the day from the solar panels.
