You want to spend a few days in the heart of our winery We welcome you for your stay with family or friends, for special events, from 1 to 14 people. (with additional cottage options to go up to 33 people). Idyllic setting of 5 ha, this farmhouse offers a renovated country house atmosphere, with rural charm. No neighbours and nestled in the heart of nature. Count €2,800 for a complete privatisation of the Domaine (33 people/2 days). Table d'hôte obligatory The space Old sheepfold surrounded by nature in the heart of a wine estate, ideal for a stay of disconnection with family or friends! Come and discover the Domaine, you will just have to put your bags down and live at your own pace for a weekend, a week or more. Estate of +450 m², comfortably arranged for 14 people (up to 18 people if necessary with an adjoining annex to the estate for an additional €250), spread over 2 levels and equipped with: On the ground floor: - large living rooms, - an equipped kitchen of 30 m², - the spacious dining room (leaning against the kitchen). Upstairs: The central point of the floor is a large living room of 100m2 including the 7th bedroom. In this relaxing master living room, enjoys an unobstructed view of the village and its 15th century castle, you will find 2 wifi as well as a mobile phone signal amplifier to allow you to use your internet data if you want to connect again. So you can easily work remotely and browse the internet in this dedicated room. On either side of this room you will find 2 apartments of each 3 bedrooms. Apartment 1: - 1 bedroom equipped with 2 single beds in 80 twin beds. - 2 bedrooms with a double bed (1x140 and 1x160). Each bedroom has its own shower room. These 3 bedrooms share only one toilet at the level of the apartment landing. Apartment 2: - 1 spacious bedroom with a double bed in 160 and a full bathroom adjoining the 2nd bedroom. - 2nd bedroom: 2 twin beds in 90. - 3rd bedroom: 2 twin beds in 90. This apartment offers near bedroom 3 a new large bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower, 2 sinks and 1 toilet. The 7th bedroom is a suite with a bathroom (shower, toilet) and its own dressing room. Outside: - a large veranda, - two terraces (one to the south, one shaded under the trees). - Petanque court.. The pool area is secured by a barrier, and is located 50m from the farmhouse. The pool faces west to avoid hot weather. Located in a small shaded park, access for children is only possible by a small bridge whose entrance can be closed and secured. The 11m x 5m private pool composed of a small bath 1m deep and a large bath more than 2m deep. The surroundings of the estate will allow you to visit historical and cultural sites: the City of Carcassonne as well as the Cathar castles, the closest being 45 minutes away. The first stop of this discovery will be from the terrace and its unobstructed view of the picturesque village of Roquetaillade and its 15th century castle! Easily accessible by car from Toulouse (1h) or Carcassonne (30 minutes). +33 people not feasible! It is also possible to accommodate 4 to 5 additional people in one of our 3 lofts located on the estate 100 m away, which can accommodate groups of up to 30 to 33 people, who can eat together in our dining room in the large house. They are less than a 2-minute walk from the Grand Domaine.
