Quiet, 50 m from the beach with direct access, 80 m2 house on 1000 m2 of garden. Bright and comfortable, it has 2 terraces. Parking on the property * Amenities: o 3 bedrooms of 12 m2 o TV lounge + dining room and open-plan kitchen: 38 m² o Bathroom and separate toilet 6-minute walk: Bakery, shops, press, restaurants, rides, bike rental (open year-round) and large seasonal market (textiles, food, jewelry, etc.) open every morning from April to September. The space Our fisherman's house is located in a green setting and is 2 steps from Domino beach with direct access to the end of the garden (no road to cross). Located at the bottom of the dune, it is sheltered from the wind. The garden (sandy) and wooded (Pines, Cypress, dune vegetation) is very spacious ( 1000 m2.) The interior of the house has been renovated and thoughtfully furnished by my architect husband and I to make it as pleasant as possible. Wide windows in every room give it a beautiful brightness. The exterior has the charm of the old. The gate at the back of the garden leads directly to the beach which enjoys a beautiful sunset every night. A 5 seater bike range is set up in the garden. (The photo trampoline is no longer available) The bedding and all the equipment (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave oven, refrigerator...) are recent. We do not provide towels, sheets, however, all beds are equipped with mattress covers, duvets and pillows. An arrival kit consisting of dish soap, a sponge , a garbage bag, a roll of toilet paper, and a towel is offered. A contribution to heating costs will be requested in low season ( September to May) on site depending on consumption. In order to maintain an optimal level of cleanliness , the cleaning service (performed by a specialized company) is now mandatory. This is €95. The tenant must pay this before their arrival with the landlord . Details: - 8mn by car in Chéray: crossroads market, covered market, pharmacy, ATM .... - 13 minutes by car: Leclerc Supermarket, organic grocery stores, Picard, cinema.... in Saint Pierre - 20 m away: Pine forest. - 100m away, Gourmet restaurant. Activities: Many visits and activities to do on site: - Many bike paths. Beautiful bike rides through the marshes, the forest - Large fishing port of the cotinière (fish, shellfish...) - Walking, donkey ride, fishing on foot, line fishing, nautical clubs, WELLNESS SPA center (balneotherapy, sauna, hammam, spa, aesthetic, bodybuilding, cardiotraining...), tree climbing for children and adults, aquatic center (Dolus).... Guest access The entire property is accessible except the garage. In the TV room, part of the closet is reserved for our personal belongings. Other things to note For simplicity, check-in and checkout are on Saturdays. We therefore do not accept departures and arrivals on weekdays
