Nestled in the lovely village of Mountsorrel, in the heart of Leicestershire, it offers a comfortable home from home for your visit. Convenient parking is available adjacent to the front door, within a spacious communal bay on the main road. Please note that it can get a little busier at weekends, but there is generally plenty of space available. The space A cosy home away from home, offering a comfortable stay in the Leicestershire countryside. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and garden. The garden is fully fenced with latched gates. Other things to note We would like to share with you that we continually improve our listing with the feedback’s provided to us from our guests, and aim to provide a fabulous experience for all guests. NEW for March 2026. Free NETFLIX streaming via ROKU included for all bookings . For all SHORT STAYING guests, bedding and towels are provided at the start of your stay. If you have a requirement for us to launder these part way through your stay, please make this known to us. Regretfully any soiled bedding is chargeable to guests. For LONGER STAYING guests, we kindly ask that you put out the bins on a Tuesday evening for collection on Wednesday. Guests will need to provide their own towels, double bed sheets and duvet covers. Maintenance is carried out at regular intervals throughout the year, and we require access to the house/garden as required. When staying with your CHILDREN, we provide saftey gates and fire guards, but we ask that you bring a high chair and travel cot for babies. For toddlers, we have a bed-stay that can be put on the double bed in the rear bedroom. For those bringing DOGs, there is a large secure fenced garden (with newly installed gate) at the rear of the property. Please bag up poop. For those staying with 5 GUESTS, our single bed is a folding bed with a comfy mattress. If you require this please message us ahead of your stay. Thank you We maintain the property all year round. ACCESS is required for us to carry out routine maintenance. This could be our lawn care provider Joe’s or another of our trusted trades people. We will give notice of any upcoming appointments. Thanks For SAFETY and INSURANCE purposes, we do not permit high risk activities, including but not limited to, the use of fireworks, bonfires, bouncy castles, inflatables or use of any other large outdoor equipment on the property.
