Our beautiful first floor apartment with garden and terrace could also be your vacation home. It has two attractive, barrier-free rooms, a hallway, a bathroom and a kitchen. A jewel of the apartment is the beautiful southwest terrace with garden. You will love our apartment because of the central but very quiet location, the modern furnishings and the cleanliness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The space The apartment has just been newly furnished. We try to offer our guests all the amenities they are used to from home for the duration of their stay. Our bathroom is equipped with an extra large Pharao massage shower. Furthermore, the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic stove, microwave and coffee maker. TV with HDTV is just as natural as high-speed (200 MB/s) LAN and Wi-Fi. The beds are extra high and the mattresses are new Bodyguard mattresses (the best ever tested mattress by Stiftung Warentest). The apartment is on the first floor and is accessed without steps via the garden, and via the main entrance door with one step. We deposit the key in a key safe on the terrace. This allows you to check in at any time without us. The apartment has a size of about 55 square meters and is cleaned and disinfected after each stay and the laundry is of course completely changed. The bed is also freshly made and all towels are replaced. A Miele washing machine and dryer belonging to the apartment are also available in the house as well as an iron and ironing board. The apartment is ideally suited to the needs of modern commuters. The bed in the bedroom is 1.80 meters - 2.10 meters. The mattress is a Bodyguard by Bett1 (the best mattress ever tested). For families, the sofa in the living room can be converted into a 2nd bed. Should you be traveling with more than 4 people. So we can also set up a large and extra high air mattress in the bedroom. All rooms have underfloor heating. Internet: Free LAN and Wi-Fi (high speed 200 MB/s). Guest access You have access to the entire apartment, the garden, the parking space and the laundry room in the basement where you can wash and dry 24 hours a day without disturbing anyone. Other things to note Our complete laundry is additionally disinfected with an extra wash cycle. All surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each guest. Our apartment is equipped with a privacy-proof device that monitors the environment within the property (including noise level, temperature, movement and cigarette smoke) – so we ensure that you have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed. Safety for you, your property and our apartment is an important concern for us. That's why we chose a camera on the terrace. This works as a smart motion detector and is mainly intended for the time between occupations. If they bother you, you can unplug them at the outlet below. However, you can also leave it infected during your stay – for example at night or when you are not on site. It's just important that you plug the camera back in when you move out. The collected material is encrypted directly on site and deleted automatically and completely after 10 days. Important note about guest registration: Due to the legal reporting obligation in Germany, you are obliged to fill out a digital form in our booking system (Lodgify) before check-in. After booking, you will automatically receive a link. The form will ask you to upload a photo or scan of your government ID. This information is required by law and is for regulatory reporting. Check-in is mandatory and must be completed before your arrival.
