Tasteful apartment for 2-6 people in the former barn of the Rögnitz estate in the Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve. The space The holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the former barn building of the Rögnitz estate in a quiet end location of the village. The apartment is centrally heated and has three bedrooms (25m²/20²/15m²), each equipped with a double bed (1 bed 180 x 200, 2 beds 140 x 200) and a cot (140 x 70). The spacious living area (70 m²) and the kitchen area (20 m²) adjoining with open transition are tiled and equipped with underfloor heating. The kitchen area is fully equipped incl. Dishwasher and dining table for 10 people. At the sitting area in the living area is the large wood-burning stove. The bathroom (17m²) is equipped with full bathroom, sink and toilet. The large tiled garden terrace can be reached either from the living area or from the largest of the three bedrooms. Bicycles, grill and fire basket are available. Our self-developed apartment (175m²) can accommodate up to 6 people. Two people pay €536 per week, each additional person €20 per night. From two nights 85,-€ per night for two. Children from the age of 12 (and do not need to be specified). Final cleaning costs €60€. Bed linen and towels (also dish towels) as well as firewood (hardwood!!) must be brought. It's a non-smoking apartment.
