The space This is a lock off studio apartment in the basement of our home. We live upstairs. You will enjoy "living like a local" in a clean, quiet, comfortable, ski-town get-away. Please note that the apartment is billed for double occupancy. If you have a third person, there will be an additional charge of $50/night that will be requested via Airbnb. Thanks! Guest access 🗝️The entrance to your apartment is accessed via the garage, which has a key code that is provided in a welcome text message 24 hours prior to your arrival. 🎿You can leave skis/snowboards/bikes in the garage. 🧺You are welcome to use the washer/dryer should you need to do a load of laundry. Life gets messy in the mountains! 🚴🏻‍♀️If you are cyclists, we have a bike tuning stand/tools and bike washing station should you need. ⚠️Please note that there is not a handrail on the stairs from the garage into the house. Other things to note 1) We have a parking space just for you located in our driveway. It is a covered space in the winter months. Please note that there are stairs both from the garage into the house (these have no handrail) and down to your apartment. 2) We have a Golden Retriever (Hugo) and cat (Louie). Although they are not allowed downstairs, there is possibility of an errant hair or two, and you may hear them occasionally bark/meow. 3) No late night partiers, please! We aren’t teetotalers by any means, but I am a ski/swim coach and work early (5:30am). The door to get in and out of the house is right under our bedroom, so late night coming/going does not work for me.
