NOTE : A MAXIMUM OF 2 ADULTS + UP TO 3 CHILDREN A cosy standard double 'den style' bed for up to 2 adults and 2x small single 'den style' beds 'up steps' (over the the double bed) for up to 2 children - the dinette converts to a small double bed for a further 3rd child (here is floor space for a travel cot) All bedding i.e. duvets/pillows/linen as per your Reservation occupancy i.e. double bedding for up to 2 adults and single bedding as per child occupancy (aged 3 years and over)* The space ​Seven Acre Woods is located in rural East Sussex and is our small family run business which is open all throughout the year for you to come stay and enjoy quality time away Cabining, Glamping or Camping whilst creating memories and appreciating the beauty of the outdoors all through the Seasons! Our bespoke, handcrafted Cabins sit naturally charming amongst the woods... a perfect backdrop for such woodland craftsmanship - bespoke woodland style, unique decor and a layout with cosiness galore will make your stay enjoyable during your time here Each Woodland Cabin has been bespokely built with careful and unique design in a rustic and comfortable decor to ensure our guests have all the amenities you would expect for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.  With home from home comforts to include bedding, towels, showering toiletries, electricity and plug sockets along with an electric heating system and some basic necessities for you... self catering will be an ease and a joy during your time here! ​ All Cabins are mostly same in size - its the layout, sleeping arrangements and decor that varies amongst them all and is up to you and your desire as to which you prefer to stay... bunk bed or den beds or maybe a sofa bed for the children and a cubby style bed for you adults or maybe up some steps or a tree four poster - you choose! ​​ Our Cabins have their own kitchen area along with a shower room which includes a shower, sink and toilet and a fixed double bed for 2 adults and sleeping arrangements for 2 children.  Cooking utensils along with dining crockery and supplies are all at hand with a small oven and grill with 2 hobs, fridge and kettle to conveniently prepare meals and to wash up after with the washing up tools you need are all supplied and you'll find a small BBQ grill for over the fire-pit along with tools for outside cooking should you wish! ​ Your own private sheltered and seated verandah area with a gate to help keep those little feet (furry or human!) close by along with views of the stunning neighbouring Reservoir as well as a fire-pit with grill and seating, will make the most of the outdoors during your stay and a favourite place whatever time of day... whether it be reading, eating, playing games or just taking making the most of some time out within beautiful surroundings! Guest access You shall have your own parking space for one car in the car park which is not a distance at all, but barrows are available to cart your belongings to and from the car... all adds to the fun and adventure! No cars are accessible on our small site making is so pleasant and super safe as no vehicles able to drive around, making it safe for children to roam and explore Plenty to do and explore Here in the Woods and whilst you are here, pop into The Cubby and The Honesty Store which houses a variety of goods - from a can of beans to a book to a board game to a bar of chocolate... don't forget to purchase a little 'Rhubarb and Rustic' memorabilia and a hot drink to go! On making your Reservation, you will have the opportunity to pre-order from a variety of Extras to add to your booking, from Little Woodlander Kits to a Bucket of Logs or a Woodland Life Tote Bag of Goodies - all designed to make your stay even more special! Other things to note *as infants are not charged via airbnb, if you require bedding for your infant (under 3 years old) please let us know and we can do for you for a supplement. Group bookings from April to September are limited to a maximum 4 adults. This applies to units booked for the same dates, regardless of whether in one or multiple reservations - your group can consist of up to a maximum of 4 adults only which may include cabins, glamping or camping options.
