The space Appi Family is a single-family house with a wide garden located in the municipality of Capoterra, in the residential district Residenza del Poggio. We are at only 20 minutes from the Cagliari city center and 15 minutes from the airport, a very convenient location to explore the city of Cagliari and the beautiful seaside of the south Sardegna: 1. at only 20 minutes from us, you will find Nora, an old punic city later conquered by the roman empire. Its ruins are located a step away from the crystal clear water of the sea; 2. at only 30 minutes from us, you will find the beaches of Santa Margherita di Pula with fine and clear sand; 3. A 45 minutes drive will bring you to one of the most beautiful shores on the Mediterranean sea, the seaside location of Chia with white sand dunes, crystalline sea water, secular junipers and lagoons with multicolored reflections. 4. On the east side, the city of Cagliari, and its beach the Poetto, which is only 30 minutes away. It is also possible to visit the natural park of Monte Arcosu (WWF oasis), one of the few natural parks on the most admired island in the Mediterranean and one of the last realms of the Sardinian deer, a true treasure trove of biodiversity. Guest access The house is spread over three floors: an attic consisting of a triple bedroom and a bathroom, a first floor consisting of a double and twin bedrooms with two bathrooms and a ground floor with a large fully equipped kitchen. We rent according to the short-term lease formula for tourism purposes, so breakfast is not included but the kitchen is available to use. All rooms have a private bathroom. Guests have access from a private entrance and can also access the garden where they will find a gazebo and garden furniture at their disposal. The house is equipped with a heating/air conditioning system powered by renewable sources built in 2022. Free Wi-Fi is available to the guests. Other things to note A car is essential to easily reach the city and the seaside.
