House and winery in the old town

The house of AGUA is an accommodation, in the heart of La Villa (Casco Histórico de Requena), surprises with a remodeled interior of warm and modern design. A place of disconnection and enjoyment. Oriented to the south, all exterior, so it has plenty of natural light.   Its cellar, keeps a choice of wines from the region, which can be tasted "in situ". His winery, located in the basement, offers the visitors a selection of wines from the region Utiel-Requena which offers a unique service of purchase and uncork. (It has the entire house, with 3 double and single bedrooms, one of them with a 1.50cm double bed, the other two with two 0.90cm beds each, (two places per room) The place offers vineyard landscapes and typical sausage food. Visiting the nearby wineries is highly recommended and enjoy their tastings and rich local cuisine offered by restaurants in the town center. Requena is just an hour far from Valencia, and it also has a stop on the Madrid-Valencia AVE (high speed train) and is easily accessible from the A3 or the National Highway N-322 of Albacete. Guest access The house has a kitchen and living room (with capsules coffee machine and coffee servive under demand). Three bedrooms, bed linen and towels service included. Two bathrooms (one built into the main room) and a toilet, equipped with hairdryer, soap and shampoo. A cozy wine cellar with a selection of wines (à la carte). Other things to note Valencia or Cheste (motorbike circuit) are nearby. You can enjoy a quiet location from which to move to attend events or perform urban tourism.
