Hiking and cycling trails start outside the door, the swimming pool and sauna are practically next door, the city center and train station are within easy walking distance, between Hamburg and Lübeck, near the Baltic Sea. Wellness, cycling, hiking, golfing, canoeing, cultural discoveries... The space In the fully equipped kitchen you will find everything for cooking "like at home". There are 2 bedrooms with 2 cozy beds each (can be set up separately), which are made upon arrival. In the evening you can make yourself comfortable on the comfortable sofa with a glass of wine, read a book from our small library, experience a movie evening in front of the smart TV or have a game evening at the dining table. In the bright shower bath with toilet there are towels and a hairdryer. The balcony is sunny. Wi-Fi is included. If necessary, you will receive toddler equipment (travel cot, high chair, stool), depending on availability. For bicycles brought along, there is a lockable storage facility. You park your car in your own parking space right by the house. An initial supply of spices, coffee, tea, vinegar and oil, dishwasher tabs, baking paper, cleaning utensils, etc. are also available, as well as vacuum cleaners and irons. Bad Oldesloe is surrounded by the rivers Trave and Beste. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment, you can rent canoes, SUP boards and bicycles and explore the Trave as well as the numerous hiking and biking trails in a picturesque landscape. I would be happy to give you maps and tour suggestions. The mini golf course is only a few meters away The Stormarnweg and the pilgrimage route lead directly through Bad Oldesloe. From the apartment, it is also worth taking a walk through the Brenner Moor, (Schleswig-Holstein's largest inland salt moor). With some luck you will see kingfishers, eagles, otters, owls. Maybe you also feel like geocaching? For those with a keen sense of smell, there is a crime trail, where you have to solve a robbery by bicycle. The swimming pool and sauna are practically next door. In summer you can also swim in the natural lake. There are numerous restaurants and shopping opportunities in the city center, which you can reach in 5 minutes on foot. In the cultural and educational center there is a varied program of theater, readings, music, cabaret - it is only a 4-minute walk away. Hamburg and Lübeck as well as the beautiful Baltic Sea beaches and the Plöner and Möllner lake districts can be reached both by car and by train within 20-30 minutes.
