Quiet room near the university

This terraced house is somehow different... you feel like you're in Italy, everyone says... it's a pity that the sea is so far away! We also rent out our big house in Sicily! This is somehow different... say the Sicilians... The space We rent one of two light-flooded rooms in the Mediterranean terraced house with terraces and cozy gardens in the immediate vicinity of the university and only a few minutes to the lake, forest and meadows and 15 minutes to the city center. We provide our small kitchen for guests to prepare warm drinks and small meals! We'll be happy to help throughout your stay. In addition to German, we also speak Italian, English and French. However, we are working and not always at home, but can be reached by cell phone. The bus stop is 300 meters away. From there, you can reach the city center in 15 minutes and the main train station in 20 minutes. A bakery, supermarket, organic shop, post office and bookstore can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Parking is easy to find. If necessary, another guest mattress can be added in the room! The bathroom is only shared with another guest if our second guest room is occupied at the same time. Guest access You will live in a room on our second floor and use the bathroom on the first floor. Sometimes you share the bathroom with another guest. Our kitchen is at your disposal for a short time for the preparation of smaller meals and if you like, you can also make yourself comfortable in the garden and on the terraces! Other things to note If our two guest rooms are occupied at the same time, the two guests must share the bathroom.
