The entire one bedroom apt is very clean . 5-8 min drive to Children Hospital, downtown Seattle,Portage Bay, Lake Union and Eastlake. Easy bus to Amazon or Microsoft. The space Furnished one bedroom apartments in a quiet building only a 5 minute walk away from the University of Washington. It is apartment #49 located near 42nd St NE and 11 Ave. University Way is just two blocks over. Trader Joes, Safeway, Movie Theater, and a variety of diverse restaurants are a five minute walk away. Easy access to I-5. 10 min to get to down town normally; 20+min in rush hour. * A full private bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size fridge and a range. *Furniture includes a queen/full sized bed and bed sheets, two night stands and a matching dresser, Crate & Barrel Sofa, coffee table, dining table and 4 chairs and towels. coin-operated washing machines and dryers are on site. *Free Business level WiFi, we can provide 2 passwords to use two semi private internet. *Fully equipped kitchen *All of the windows are double pane new windows. *Free WiFI internet access. *coin-operated washing machines and dryers are on site. $200 per month parking or $15 per day parking in our lot compared with $35 in the nearby public parking lot. Due to the limited availability of parking spaces, please reserve ahead of time. Guest access Laundry room, wifi, polite managers and all of the excitement and convenience in U District. Other things to note It is on the 3rd floor corner unit. No elevator, but it is quite easy to climb to. Please refer to the house manual located in your itinerary for the check in and out procedures as well as additional important information. The laundry room is at the corner on the first floor next to apt #2. It has 3 washers and 4 dryers ($1.75 for washer and $1.50 for dryer but maybe change in the future. ). The trash can and yardwaste bins are in the locked room with a combination lock. The recycling bin is in the parking lot. 1) Every appliance is working perfectly fine, if one of the burner does not turn hot, it is loose from the base, just insert well, if the toilet tank has running water to the bowl, just press the handle one more, or open the lid to see if the chain is tangled, no need to be panic or complaining, if you cannot solve these problems, just let me know, we usually have checked that everything is ready to go. 2) Please reserve as the exact# of guests will come to help to build trust and transparency. The base rent is reasonable compared to the hotel rooms nearby. We keep the rate low for one traveler but need to charge extra for the extra guests. If a guest only comes partial of the trip, please let us know, we only charge for the nights of the guest stay. 3) Absolutely no smoking, smoking must be 25 feet away from the building property, if cigarette smell is detected, we will keep the deposit. 4) The owner will pay for the water, sewer, electricity and solid waste. The tenant use electricity judiciously. For long term guests, If the electricity usage is over $60/mo (over 28 days) for one guest or over $80 for two guests, the guests will pay the difference. This is the way that we do not casually waste energy. 5) Long term guests (over 28 days) due to its discounted rate than weekly or daily rental, need to purchase household consumable goods after the initial supplies are consumed. The policy of additional guest is additional fee of $15 per night per person with advance notice or $25 per night with no additional notice. kids over 2 year old is counted as a guest. 5) The cleaning fee listed here is the minimum for up to 1 month stay, if multiple months, the minimum cleaning is that monthly cleaning multiplies # of months. If too filthy, the guest is responsible to pay for the extra cleaning or damages based on $35 per hour for cleaning. Registration Details STR-OPLI-20-000157
