An open floor plan allows for plenty of room for entertaining, while two floors and four bedrooms provide privacy when desired. Enjoy two fireplaces during cool fall and winter nights, three outdoor dining spaces and a second floor outdoor deck with water views for summer relaxation. The space Private upstairs master suite features jacuzzi tub and a large walk out deck with stunning water sunset views. Outdoor access to deck is also available from the first floor. An additional suite with a queen sized bed is on the first floor, along with two private bedrooms (one queen bed, two twins) and a shared full bath. Large open floor plan, brand new kitchen, new HDTV with premium channels. High speed wi-fi throughout the house. Fenced in side yard off of back patio, outdoor bbq.. New astro turf and plantings. Three outdoor eating spaces. Beach chairs, wagon, umbrellas, sand toys and boogie boards provided. Cooking utensils, plates, silverware, glassware, etc. provided (please bring your own condiments). Shampoo, conditioner, soap and hairdryers also provided. Towels and linens included for a nominal fee. Guest access Guest will have the entire home to themselves. Quiet neighborhood. Room for 3 - 4 parked cars in driveway. Other things to note *Please respect our neighbors and do not cut through their properties to get to the beach. *Utilities are included, except for stays one month or longer. *Taxes collected are 4% county tax, 4% state tax, and 5.5% occupancy tax for Suffolk county (new as of June 2023.) *No taxes on stays of 30 days or more. *Pets considered on a case by case basis.
