The lower floor features a hallway with a bathroom with a shower and a kitchen with a dining area. The upper floor, the attic, contains a bedroom with 4 beds. Guests are welcome to use the barbecue facility and playground in the garden. The Verpán Ski Slope is 150 metres from the property and a children's ski slope is 200 metres away. The nearest restaurant can be reached in 8 minutes on foot, while the grocery shop is 180 metres away.
