Le Jarrier Gite offers self catering accommodation for 4 guests. Rural setting with plenty of tourist attractions & local activities. A converted stable providing modern facilities, well appointed kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 WCs, conservatory WIFI TV. A large south facing garden area benefits from great views & an above ground Private Pool 3.4 x 1.2m deep is seasonal (approx. end of May - September). Parking for 2 / 3 cars. SUMMER 2026 4th July - 22nd August, 7 or 14 days Saturday to Saturday. The space The cottage at Le Jarrier is two storeys, with the kitchen (recently updated Feb 2024), conservatory - lounge & dining area on the ground floor (via 3 stairs from the kitchen), & direct access to the large south facing garden with BBQ and plenty of garden furniture. There is aĺso a seasonal private pool (open end of May until mid/ late Sept), and lovely views of surrounding countryside. Also on the ground floor is the kitchen, a shower room with one of the two W/Cs and the 2nd bedroom with full size / adult bunk beds. The conservatory has two large leather sofas, an easy chair a SMART / WIFI LCD TV (with both UK & French TV channels) plus Netflix. There is also the dining table & 4 chairs, games, books and local info. The double bedroom with en-suite W/C is on the first floor, accessed directly via a staircase leading from the kitchen. There is a child safety gate at the top of the stairs. Heating is provided by electric wall heaters. Bedding & towels are provided free of charge (including pool towels when the pool is open - June until end September) . Gas and electricity are also included in the price. Guest access The cottage is set at Le Jarrier, which is almost 3 acres in total. There is a large garden for the gite with the private pool and a choice of seating areas including a patio and open barn - all private only for use by guests in this gite. No other people have access to the pool or gite garden. There is an indoor clothes airer plus an outdoor rotary washing line. A range of indoor and outdoor games. Lovely views of the surrounding countryside. Other things to note We have a dog & two cats. There is a strict No Smoking Policy inside the cottage. Max 4 guests. No pets.
