It is also a working horse farm with pastures and wooded trails. There is plenty of room inside for everyone to come together or to spread out into smaller groups. The natural setting will draw you outdoors where the wildlife, mountains and sunsets will work their magic. The lodge is an easy drive from four National Parks and the historic villages of Berkeley Springs, Shepherdstown, Charles Town and Martinsburg. Unique diners and restaraunts, artisan shops , antiques, farmer's markets and even a casino round out the local attractions. We will help you discover whatever peaks your interest. Bring your mountain bike, canoe, fishing rod, hiking gear, and binoculars, and enjoy all that the outdoors has to offer. We have a well marked trail system for horseback riding, mountain biking, and hiking. Adjacent public land offers miles hiking trails and a 205 acre fishing and canoeing lake. Local streams and rivers provide some excellent fishing and canoing opportunities and whitewater rafting and tubing is available in the nearby Shenandoah River.
