Ski In/Out Condo @ 7 Springs Mountain Resort

This is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo that is ski in ski out. The swimming pool is part of the home owner's association so it is shared with the other owners and their guests. The space There are about 7 steps to go up in the condo building to access the main door of the condo. Upon entering the condo there are two sides. On the right side of the condo there is one bedroom with a full size bed and a TV. There is a private entrance to the full size bathroom from the bedroom. There is also a door to the bathroom from the living room area. The living room is open to the eat in kitchen. There is a sliding door off of the living room to step out onto the balcony. Enjoy watching your favorite movie or sporting event on the flat screen TV in the living room. The other side of the condo has bedroom 2 with a King bed, TV, balcony, sink, mini fridge, MW and coffee maker. It shares a bath with bedroom 3. Bedroom 3 has 2 sets of bunk beds. There is one covered parking spot for D21 and then there is additional parking on the other side of the covered parking spot. Guest access The ski slopes are only a short walk from the condo (about 50 yards). You may soak in the hot tub which is in the community room at the condo complex. You have access to the two outdoor swimming pools in the summer, outdoor playground and 2 tennis courts. There are walking trails around the area to enjoy as well. Other things to note Seven Spring Mt. Resort s is located in The Laurel Highlands region of Pennsylvania about an hour southeast of Pittsburgh. There are numerous State Parks to enjoy surrounding the area. Go white water rafting at Ohiopyle State Park or visit 2 Frank Lloyd Wright homes only 30 minutes from Seven Springs. There is an 18 hole golf course at the resort, just call and make tee times!
