The island houses are located in Lemkendorf on Fehmarn. They are ideal for surfers, families or for a time with friends! The two houses are located together on a plot of about 1,000 m². They can accommodate a total of 10 people. The houses are decorated in a simple, Scandinavian style. With its wooden furniture, the plank floor and sash windows, the houses awaken a 'hygge' lifestyle! The houses share a 1,000 m² plot and together can accommodate up to 10 people. Both houses are decorated in a simple, Scandinavian style: wooden furniture, floorboards and Danish rungs create a 'hygge' lifestyle that promotes peace, relaxation and community. ISLAND HOUSE (small house with separate mini apartment) Ground floor: Open living and dining area with pellet stove and dining table for 5 people Bedroom 1: double bed (140x200) Bedroom 2: cot (80 x 190) One shower bath Sleeping loft (upper floor): Bedroom 3: double bed (180 x 200) Separate mini apartment (accessible via the terrace): Bedroom 4: box spring double bed (140 x 200) Own shower bath Kitchen & housekeeping: Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic stovetop, oven, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher Utility room (accessible from the terrace) with washing machine and freezer Heating: No central heating Pellet stove provides warmth in the entire house Note: Pellet stove must be refilled with pellets if needed (pellets provided) Note: The house is suitable for 4 people.
