Fully equipped summerhouse, with a fantastic location in the peninsula north of Oskarshamn. It is located on an "island" in the archipelago north-east of Oskarshamn, ~ 20 min by car. The area is called Dragskär. The "island" is connected to the mainland via a small natural pier and short bridge. Road goes all the way to the house. Here starts the marvellous east coast archipelago. From the big 20 sqm sun lounge/patio you have a direct splendid view of a small bay in the Baltic sea. The space Open space, fully equipped living room with A/C and big windows facing the Baltic sea. One bathroom with underfloor heating, WC and shower. Two small bedrooms. One with a 160×200 cm double bed and one with a bunk bed, both 75×195 cm. Fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, stove and other appliances. Small washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available. In addition to the 50 sqm house, you have the amazing 20 sqm big sun lounge/patio with both a seating and a dining area as well as a marvellous view of the Baltic Sea. Weekly rates available. All electricity purchased comes only from renewable sources. Recycling is mandatory, and boxes and instructions are of course available. Guest access Complete house, garden and area in front of house between garden and Baltic sea. Other things to note Bed linen and towels(bath+hand for each guest), including for the kitchen, are always provided and included in the fee. The cottage is rented out completely smoke- and pet-free, with consideration for allergies. In accordance with Swedish law, no exceptions are made for service animals or emotional support animals, as the owner's family themselves. and some guests that use the cottage, are allergic. We have a low cleaning fee for our guests. Because of this, we kindly ask that you leave the house in the same way as when you arrived. Thank you.
