This is a professionally managed resort (Worldmark by Wyndham) 2 bedrooms / 2 bathroom unit with a King bed in the master & 2 twin beds in the 2nd room. A queen murphy bed is also available in the living room and the unit sleeps up to 6 total guests! Private gas bbq in each unit! There is a full Kitchen which includes a refrigerator, sink, range, dishwasher, all cooking utensils & dishes. 10-15 min to Powder Mountain! In unit washer & dryer! Wifi is available but is not free (refer to details). The space The photos in this listing are stock photos. This means the unit you are assigned at check-in may look a bit different (colors on walls, counters, etc). The description in this listing, however, are accurate (# of bedrooms, bathrooms, spaces available, etc). WIFI IS AVAILABLE FOR A FEE IN UNIT (complimentary in lobby) The daily fee for WiFi is $4.95 for 2 devices. Upon checking in (18 years or older, name must match Airbnb provided name, valid photo ID & credit card required!) the resort will put a temporary hold on your credit card of up to $200 (similar to what you would expect in a hotel). This is refunded to you upon checkout (provided no items are missing or damaged, same as a hotel). THESE ARE NOT EXTRA CHARGES, it is a hold for incidentals only and will be refunded to you. *** MINIMUM STAY IS 1 NIGHT, BUT FOR WEEKENDS (Fridays and Saturdays), if you see both days are available then a 2 night minimum applies (this is not my call, it is the resort's policy. In some instances I am able to bypass this rule (rare), so if you have a 1 day request for a Saturday, for example, and Friday shows available on the calendar, feel free to ask me via an inquiry and if I can accommodate it, I will! *** I take a lot of pride in making sure you have a great vacation/stay at my place! You may notice that other hosts sometimes cancel reservations, I will never do that! I would hate for someone to cancel a reservation on me, therefore you can rest assured that if I accept your request to book it is because I already have the unit reserved and can definitely accommodate you. Only in extreme cases (i.e. the resort closes due to wildfires and/or flooding) would I ever cancel a reservation, in which case, of course, you will receive a full refund. IMPORTANT: This is a vacation club (timeshare) and the front desk staff and/or concierge may invite you to attend a sales presentation (they would love to have you join). THIS IS NOT REQUIRED, YOU CAN SIMPLY SAY NO AND MOVE ON WITH YOUR DAY AND VACATION! Because this is a professionally managed resort and I will NOT be physically available to assist you, if you have any issues (i.e. water pressure is not strong enough, coffee machine not working, etc) you should call the front desk and ask them to assist you. If you notify me I will happily help you as well and can call also, but it is important that you understand that they will be the ones resolving the problem and therefore letting me know is appreciated (so I can write to Corporate and provide feedback, if applicable), but may just slow you down in getting any issues resolved. Rest assured that, because this is professionally managed by Wyndham, your notices to the front desk and request for assistance are not ignored and they will try their best to resolve any issues ASAP! NO SMOKING IN UNITS INCLUDING BALCONY/PATIO! The resort offers designated smoking areas. ******* ABSOLUTELY NO PETS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *********** If you have a service animal, you must notify me in writing BEFORE booking. This rental includes: - Bath towels, hand towels, washcloths and bath mats - Pool/hot tub towels - Bath soap - Dish soap - Laundry soap - Dishes, drinking glasses, wine glasses, silverware, dishware, cooking utensils, pots & pans, assorted small appliances (i.e. toaster, coffee maker and microwave) - Place mats - Grill tools for your individual bbq! (each unit has a gas bbq) Other notable amenities include a golf course, basketball, racquetball, tennis & volleyball courts. There are 2 outdoors hot tubs, a pool and a kiddy pool (the pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day ONLY while the hot tubs are open year-round). The hours for the pool & hot tubs is 9am-9pm. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to posted pool signage for more specific information. Complimentary rental of basketballs etc are available in the main office. Check-in time is 4PM - WHENEVER! You will check-in with the front desk so there is no need to be super specific about your arrival time. If you let me know what time you plan on arriving and if you have a floor preference, I can give them a call and try to accommodate your request (not guaranteed, but we can certainly try!) If you arrive before check-in, the main office can hold your bags while you go out around town and explore! Check-out time is 10 am (NO LATE CHECKOUTS ALLOWED). Guest access You have a private entrance to your unit, your own washer & dryer and your own gas bbq! Other amenities (listed above) such as the pool will be shared with other guests.
