The water mill of XVIIIème is located in the southernmost Cevennes at 45mn of Nimes and Montpellier and 1h15 of Avignon.There is a 1,8 ha garden with bamboo plantation and skirt the river" Vidourle" on 500m. The house is surrounded by nature.The swimming pool of 9m on 9m is built in the old water reserve of the mill, is surrounded of a hood and a terrace.For security reasons, the swimmingpool is surrounded with a fence .Last restoration was done in 2008.
