CLEANING DEPOSIT: Payment of €350 by check or cash upon arrival. This will be returned to you at the end of your stay, see condition below (CLEANING OPTION). HOUSE LINENS INCLUDED - bed linen (bed made on arrival) - towels: one glove, one towel (50X80); one towel (70X120) per person - pool towels: one bath towel (76X152) per person - Dish towels, hand towels CLEANING OPTION BECAUSE WE CARE ABOUT RESPECT FOR OUR VILLA CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED, YOU MUST CLEAN AND RETURN THE VILLA AS IT WAS ENTRUSTED TO YOU IF THIS IS NOT THE CASE, THE SUM OF 350 EUR WILL BE CHARGED TO YOU SEE CONDITION BELOW: Housekeeping option: notify us and payable upon arrival: rate: 200 EUR. However, in the event that you wish to take the cleaning option, the tenant must keep the house in a prudent and responsible manner: they must: – Empty the fridge-freezer, defrost it, clean it. – Put non-recycled waste in the container provided outside – Place recyclable waste in the sorting bins located in the village of Fleury (an access map is in the villa) – Clean the barbecue, grill, tongs. – Store dishes and utensils in the cupboards - Empty the dishwasher In the event that the Villa is not returned in the state in which it was entrusted to you, the sum of 350 EUR that you will have paid at the beginning of your stay will be charged to you, and if the cleaning option has been contracted but the conditions set out above have not been respected, then you will be charged the difference, i.e. €350 - €200 = €150
