However, in the event you wish to take the cleaning option, the tenant must hold the house as a " good family man": they must: – Empty the fridge-freezer, defrost it, clean it. – Put the non-recycled waste in the container provided outside – Dispose of recyclable waste in sorting bins located in the village of Fleury (an access map is located in the villa) – Clean BBQ, grill, tongs. – Put away dishes and utensils in the cupboards – Empty the dishwasher In the event that the Villa is not returned in the state in which it was entrusted to you, the sum of 350 EUR that you will have paid at the beginning of your stay will be charged to you and if the cleaning option has been contracted but the conditions set out above have not been met then you will be charged the difference either 350€ - 200€ = 150€
