B&B close to the ocean

Private B&B with nice garden & walk distance to ocean. Only neighbour is the hosts in the house next you yours and 2 cats. There is one bedroom with a double-bed and sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped (no freezer). There is a garden and a sundeck with sunchairs and barbecue. It suits 2-4 people who don't mind sharing the same bedroom. Observe, no pets, read more at "other details to note" The space The accommodation has a bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bed-sofa, kitchen, bathroom & outdoor terrace. Departure cleaning, sheets & towels are included in the price. Adding breakfast cost 150 sek extra per person per day. ( Pay at arrival ). There is a wood fire hot tub that can be booked additional during the stay. ( in summertime depending on fire- and water restrictions in the area). It is not included in the price of the room but can be booked in advance for 1500 SEK per night. Guest access Our guests have access to the garden and a private sundeck. From May - September we include free use of 2 kayaks during the stay. The hosts have cats, Casper and Charlie that are likely to be seen in the garden. The area is nice and quiet with closeness to ocean for swimming and nice forest walks. Other things to note Air B&B states: "If your listing includes a shared space and an assistance animal would create a health or safety hazard to you or others (EX: allergies or potential issues with other animals), you don’t have to host the guests with the assistance animal." We will therefore inform that our B&B has 2 cats at the property taken care of from a cat home. Therefore we can unfortunately not accept any pets at our B&B since it scares our own. ( This includes assistance animals, sorry for any inconvenience)
