Here you’ll discover a part of France that feels wonderfully timeless. Days move slower, peace comes naturally, and life truly feels like it has paused for a while. 🪵 Two classrooms turned into one grand living room Two old classrooms were merged into one bright, open space of 80 m² – a generous living room with high ceilings and natural light. A large, comfortable lounge sofa invites you to relax together, especially in winter when the wood fire crackles in the background. The living area includes a fully equipped island kitchen, underfloor heating, a large dining table, a 65-inch HD TV with Apple TV, French and Dutch channels, and 300 Mbps fibre internet – ideal if you need to work remotely. 🎬 Upstairs: the “Living Lounge” The 100 m² attic has been transformed into a luxurious entertainment loft, complete with: HD projector and surround sound for real movie nights, a PlayStation, table tennis, comfortable seating and air conditioning. Send the kids upstairs — you won’t hear from them for hours. 😉 🛏️ Sleep with character There are four bedrooms, each with box-spring beds, air conditioning, and views of the garden or the village. All beds are freshly made on arrival, so your holiday can start the moment you walk in. 🛁 Two bathrooms, four toilets The master bedroom has its own en-suite with bathtub, washbasin, and toilet. A second bathroom on the landing offers a double shower, and the house has four toilets in total. 🌳 Outdoor living — like a French painting come to life The house is surrounded by a 1,000 m² garden filled with mature trees and tall box hedges, where silence feels almost tangible. It is a wonderful place for anyone who enjoys peace and quiet, nature, walking and authentic French life. For practical guests who would enjoy carrying out a few small, pre-agreed maintenance or cleaning tasks during their stay, a reduced rate may be available.
