Parking for 1 car There is 1 bedroom which can be arranged as single , twin or super kingsize zip link bed ( for 2 guests ) with hanging space , dressing table ,bedside lamps and lovely clean bedding with plenty of pillows . The lounge with 2 settees , SMART tv , dvd , electric log fire and snuggly blankets . With space for extra single bed if required . Dining kitchen with table and chairs , washing machine, microwave and cooker Essentials tea , coffee , sugar , bread , butter , milk etc are provided. Fully tiled shower room with lovely clean towels The waterside patio area with table and chairs is accessible through French doors in the lounge. The apartment has central heating and Wifi . Guest access Self contained, completely furnished ground floor apartment with own TV , WiFi and DVD player , with a selection of DVD’s and Internet Outside relaxing sitting area Off road parking outside for average sized car ,or very near by for extra large 4x4 . Other things to note There are twin beds which can be as twin or a superking size bed for 2 people on request, in the bedroom. A 3rd bed is available and can be put discreetly in the lounge if required I dog is allowed but not to go in bedroom or in the furniture There is plenty of very hot water it takes about a minute to reach the sink taps ! The shower is electric so is instantly hot .
