Classic Beach Block Upper Cottage

Welcome to Ocean City The space WE ONLY RENT FOR 7 NIGHT STAYS. Thanks in advance for your understanding. This upper cottage is for rent for a minimum of 7 nights beginning Friday nights @ 8pm to the following Friday night by 4pm. We are sorry but during the summer months of June, July and August we do not rent for shorter than one week. Our craftsman style classic Ocean City upper cottage is on Delancey Place. The cottage is 11 houses or a 2 minute walk to the guarded beach or boardwalk. The main floor consists of an expansive wrap around front porch with wicker furniture and awnings. Once inside you will recall the construction of years past when you notice the beautiful wood moldings in the very large comfortable living room that opens into the expansive dining room and then into the modern eat in kitchen and laundry room with full sized washer and dryer. There is a half bath located on this floor as well. The main floor is filled with windows and light. This main floor is not air conditioned. Unique to this upper cottage design is that the four bedrooms are upstairs. The four bedrooms are air conditioned with window air conditioners. The full bath is also located on this upper floor. On the top floor there are two porches front and back. Guest access The upper cottage consists of the second and third floors and the ground floor is reserved for the owners use. There is an enclosed outside shower and hose to wash off the beach sand prior to going into the cottage. This is shared between the owners and upper cottage renters. Other things to note This rental comes with four beach badges for your used during your stay and to be left in the upper cottage upon departure.
