Guest access The entire house and 1 car garage plus the parking area in front of the house can fit 4 cars, except the 2nd garage on the left is the owners Other things to note New Smyrna Beach always has special events happening, great local restaurants some right on the water. Spot dolphin or Manatees while you eat. Every type of water sport, great surfing, fishing ,paddle- boarding and of course nightlife, art shows, wine walks, and parades.
