Quiet neighborhood in Ozaukee County, located 5.5 miles south of all the charm Cedarburg has to offer. We are conveniently located 18 miles north of downtown Milwaukee. Our quiet suite is 55 minutes away from the world famous, Whistling Straits, home of the 2020 Ryder Cup. We are a quick freeway ride to all the Milwaukee Festivals including Summerfest. We offer fantastic amenities in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. The space Once you arrive, you will see the attention to detail, cleanliness, and comfort. Our suite can sleep 4 with double size beds. Your suite is attached to our home in a mother-in-law style suite but has a private entrance and is entirely, separate from our living space. The private suite has its conveniences such a private access to washer and dryer. It has regular size stove and refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. You will also have shared/partial access to our backyard which includes a beautiful fire pit. We offer complimentary Netflix. Our space would be comfortable for Concordia University students, faculty, traveling professionals, family visiting from out of town, or locals who just need a quieter place for restful stay-cation. The room is NOT appropriate for parties, late night noise, or any sort of illegal activity. Guest access Although the guest suite is completely private with a separate entrance, we use the kitchen cabinets as storage. The cabinets for Airbnb guests are clearly marked. If guests need additional kitchen supplies, please ask the host. Other things to note Please read, as we want to be as transparent as possible and to make sure our place is right for you. We aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our cozy home. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules and confirm that is has been reviewed WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR BOOKING. This is to ensure that if there is any reason the House Rules cannot be followed, you, our guest, will have the option of cancelling the booking penalty free as we have a Strict Cancellation policy. Thank you in advance and truly appreciate your cooperation! -We do not allow anyone under 25 to rent our property. -Please note: We do live on site, completely separate entrance and suite, but we do live on site. - As noted in details of our property, we do have 2 small hypoallergenic dogs that visit the separate suite once in awhile when family members stay on the Airbnb side. After each stay, it is thoroughly cleaned but if you have allergies to dog, we might not be the best place for you or your loved ones. -Also, our dogs will bark when they sense or see strangers on our property. They will stop, but know they are just trying to protect their humans :) If you are sensitive to dog barks, our unit might not be the best fit. -No shoes within the house. -Keep noise to minimum after 10pm -There shall not be smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied. -PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES after use. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees may be applied. -PARKING: parking is provided on the driveway, underneath the basketball hoop. Please park facing the basketball hoop (your car headlights facing the direction of the hoop). It cannot block the garage doors. We cannot have RVs in our neighborhood that are more than 20ft in length. -Feel free to use the fire pit(seasonal) but guest are responsible for extinguishing the fire. -Please acknowledge that from occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guest if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale, HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumption. -Please do not rearrange our furniture. -Please do not have guests not listed on the reservation. -If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. -Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community, NOT a HOTEL, and is also part of our home, please be respectful for the property and keep it clean before you leave.
