We, the Klemm family, warmly welcome you to our vacation home Schwalbenfelsen in Dahn. Our vacation home is lovingly furnished for families and friends. It is completely at ground level, on the edge of the forest but only about 10 minutes' walk to the city center with many restaurants, beer gardens and shops. Our swallow's nest is cozily equipped with a double room and a room with bunk beds. In addition, there is a gallery with a double bed, which is climbed via a ladder.... The space In the living room you will find a complete kitchen with oven and microwave, coffee maker and pad machine, kettle, etc. A dining table with chairs, a sofa area with flat-screen TV. In the first bedroom there is a bunk bed, in the 2nd bedroom has a double bed and a gallery (with ladder) with an additional double bed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. Underfloor heating. - Separate entrance. Covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Since July 2021, there has also been a gazebo with lounge furniture on the lawn behind the house. Ample parking space at the house. Guest access The apartment is of course available for our guests to use alone. Other things to note Our house is very quietly situated on the edge of the forest. It's just a few minutes' walk to the city center. The bike path leads past the house. You can also start hiking directly from the house, e.g. the premium Dahner Felsenpfad trail leads past us. The ideal location for relaxing times. In the house there are many different flyers with hikes, bike rides, excursion destinations, etc. The city of Dahn charges a guest fee of €1.50 per night for guests 16 years or older. This tourist tax is payable in cash upon arrival.
